- We send out timely notifications via SMS to inform beneficiaries about the event details
- Our team prepares all necessary materials, including ration kits, stationery, and event logistics, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth distribution
- We set up organized distribution points with clear signage and verification stations
- Our volunteers manage registration, ID verification, and ration kit distribution, ensuring a fair and efficient process
- We make sure to document the event with photography
- We make sure the area is cleaned up after the distribution
- We create a summary video and express our gratitude to everyone involved

Team Anjeze is present at the medical institutions throughout the week and works with the Nutrition department of the institutions to understand the need and provide nutritional supplements to the underprivileged through the institution
