Purpose
These schools frequently suffer from a lack of equipment support like lab equipment, smart TVs, projectors, whiteboards, etc. The school also suffers from inadequate infrastructure like uneven grounds, unsanitary toilets, contaminated water sources, unfinished walls, broken windows, damaged roofs etc
Our mission of providing equipment and infrastructure support aims to create equal opportunities for all by addressing these critical deficiencies improving the conditions of these schools, thereby creating a more conducive learning environment and supporting the education of children who have the potential to transform their futures
Process
- Initial Meeting & Multiple Visits
Anjezë Volunteers conduct multiple visits to schools to meet the Trustees and School Management to understand various areas that require attention and improvement - Conduct Walkthroughs
Inspect the areas needing equipment’s, infrastructure support such as new construction, redevelopment, renovation, etc
- Budgeting
Create a detailed budget for specific project implementation - Timeline
Develop a realistic timeline for each phase of the renovation, aiming to minimize impact on school functioning
- Selection the vendor, contractor etc. for the project execution
- Creating a team of Anjezë volunteers to oversee the execution of the project on an ongoing basis, including regular site visits making sure the final execution and completion of the project as per desired outcome
- Regular Inspections
Team Anjezë regularly does site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to the plan and quality standards - Final Inspection
Upon completion, the team performs a thorough inspection to confirm that all work meets the required standards and specifications - Review and Feedback
Collect feedback from School Management - Address Any Issues
Quickly address any issues or deficiencies that arise post-completion of project

Providing Financial Education Support is to ensure that every child gets an opportunity to be educated irrespective of their challenging financial conditions
The education Fee Support Initiative is done through the institution (not directly with the individuals) for the students facing severe financial challenges, ensuring they can continue their education journey and build a better future
Infrastructure Support
With an intent to create equal opportunities for the underprivileged, Our Educational Infrastructure support caters to improving infrastructure facilities such as classrooms, bathrooms, drinking water stations, playgrounds, etc. at underserved institutions
This ensures students get pleasant and conducive spaces for learning with improved educational outcomes
