Our process at Anjezë is crucial to the impact of our work. All projects strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and our team is empowered for their roles. Beneficiary Selection
Beneficiaries are selected through a stringent process in association with the relevant hospitals, schools and institutions to ensure resources are directed to the most deserving cases
Due Diligence & Project Execution
After selection, due diligence is conducted by our Team of volunteers for each family and beneficiary, and a customized process is followed for each project across the Areas of Support. All our project execution is personally checked, monitored and managed by a dedicated Team of Anjezë Volunteers to ensure the desired outcomes of the project while honouring the donor’s funds and the time invested by our volunteers
Transparency & Accountability
We maintain open and honest communication with all our donors, sharing fund utilization reports to ensure complete transparency and accountability. We believe that transparency is not just about reporting numbers—it’s about building lasting relationships based on honesty, responsibility, and impact
